체파렐로는 파올로 데 마르키가 1980년에 처음 만든 100% 산지오베제 와인으로, 당시 키안티 규정이 화이트 품종 혼합을 요구하던 시절 이를 벗어나기 위해 IGT로 출시된 선구적 슈퍼 투스칸입니다. 프렌치 오크에서 숙성되며 산지오베제 단일 품종의 표현력을 보여줍니다.
Cepparello was first made by Paolo De Marchi in 1980 as a wine of pure Sangiovese, released as IGT to escape the Chianti rules of the day that demanded white grapes in the blend, which makes it a pioneering Super Tuscan. Aged in French oak, it shows what Sangiovese alone can express.
